I wouldn't be adverse to that - I have tried to read it and given up which irks me so a second try might be just what the doctor ordered. Might be a book to read in sections as it could be daunting? |

Ah the Malazan series. Many of my friends who are avid readers rave about this series. I've ran into the same problem Jules. And I've heard from many people that the first book can be hard to get through. One of these days I'll soldier through it to get to the good stuff. |

The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan definitely for any fantasy reader. Like romance with a action and a lil blood? Then the Black Dagger Brotherhood series is right there. |
