NOT the film, the book series by Lee Child. These books are very entertaining. Reacher is ex army - Military Police (is careful with her words cos she knows the place is crawling with experts) who decided to live off the grid once he left the forces. He travels from place to place with just a toothbrush, disposing of clothing rather than washing it and staying in motels - or with the women who find him very attractive. He is 6'5" tall with a 50-inch chest, and weighing between 220 and 250 pounds - so you see why Tom Cruise was so offensive in the role.

His adventures and skills are entertaining and well written. Any other fans out there?

Something tells me your not reading these for the detective/mystery aspects

They aren't great detective novels, but they are good action stories, I would trust Reacher with my life but I don't fancy him

some of the better books i have ever read... Lee Child is a great writter!
