I see a Tropical Zone and a Humid Subtropical Zone. Far from temperate as far as US/Europe is concerned. ;) I bet even the Italians are complaining.

At least Qatar is a dry heat. :P

(I've known folk who have been to Qatar, and apparently it's quite pleasant... relatively.)

;) From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazil

Quote:
The climate of Brazil comprises a wide range of weather conditions across a large area and varied topography, but most of the country is tropical.[12] According to the Köppen system, Brazil hosts five major climatic subtypes: equatorial, tropical, semiarid, highland tropical, temperate, and subtropical. The different climatic conditions produce environments ranging from equatorial rainforests in the north and semiarid deserts in the northeast, to temperate coniferous forests in the south and tropical savannas in central Brazil.[149] Many regions have starkly different microclimates.[150][151]

But never argue weather with a weather man. I am sure you are right.

Dry heat or not gonna be bloody hot. :)

The areas that could be considered "temperate" in comparison are in the south, small, and mountainous, so not many folk (relatively speaking) live there. Equivalent climates to southeast Europe. (Greece, Romania, etc.)

I may be a weatherman, but I'm not a climatologist. I had to look this stuff up myself, too. ;)

Well, that went better than expected... (that is, the last 10 minutes or so) :-P

And yeah, I agree the previous victory wasn't very pretty, but they would have won in the end anyway, so in the long run it doesn't matter too much :shifty:

Well, the last 45 minutes or so were quite ok (except for the shoot out, of course), if not quite good enough.

Liam was sad, but at least he can still support GER in the final. :D (and NED for third!)

Nah, it's over now, so now you're supposed to spend your days (mornings for you, I guess) watching the Tour de France ;-)
